A stylized version of an 8th Century Dvaravati Buddha. I am a bit confused with the headdress that normally is a double bun. I do not believe it is the Mathura or Gandharan period style even though the face is thin.
Circa mid- to late-1900’s. Very good condition. Stands or pads not included. 8.5″ tall on a 3 x 3″ wood base.
