Older hollowed-out fruit bottle. Decorated with woven rattan bands and a hardwood stopper carved as a Batak warrior.
Purchased from a collector who acquired it in the early 1960s from the Angkola tribe, South Tapanuli.
Very good condition. Circa 1950s. 12.5″ tall with stopper in x 8.5″ diameter at widest point. Carved stopper is 5.5″ long.
