There are four major styles of silk art embroidery with Sichuan (Shu Xiu) being the oldest. The emphasis – for this style – is on even stitching, coloration and local creativity. Antique gold frame.

Circa early- to mid-1900s and still in excellent condition. The wood frames are worth keeping!! 22.5″ x 9.75″ for each. Figures are ~ 9.5″ tall.
